Best Cybernetics hosted a fruitful meeting on May 9th, 2023, in Patras, gathering all the partners from Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Austria, Spain, and the Netherlands for the Erasmus+ project, SustainSMEs.<\/span><\/h1>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\"><strong><span style=\"color: #00aaff;\">SustainSMEs<\/span><\/strong> aims to empower Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with the necessary tools and knowledge to reduce their environmental impact. The project introduces the profile of a new job position based on EQF and ECVET standards. The &#8220;Sustainability Regulator&#8221; (SR) will be an additional role within the SME structure who will be equipped to perform self-assessments and audits in order to monitor the environmental, social, and financial performance of the SME, in line with the environmental legislation that all EU countries have put in place.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">During the meeting, several essential concepts were discussed:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong><span style=\"color: #00aaff;\">1. The final 1st project result, the EQF Level Descriptors, was presented to all partners.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong><span style=\"color: #00aaff;\">2. The state of development of the 2nd project result, the Digital Sustainability Audit Tool, was shared, and valuable feedback was noted for further optimisation.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong><span style=\"color: #00aaff;\">3. An overview of the completed modules for the 3rd project result, the SustainSMEs Vocational Education and Training (VET) Curriculum, was provided. These modules will equip RSs with the knowledge and skills needed to integrate sustainability into SMEs.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong><span style=\"color: #00aaff;\">4. Collaborative discussions took place regarding the learning and training activities that will be implemented to support SMEs.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong><span style=\"color: #00aaff;\">5.
