After the Covid-19 crisis in 2020, it appears urgent to train employers and employees on work-life balance, team building, high performance and the development of digital skills while working remotely. In order to work on these important new challenges the Erasmus+ project, Work4Future, is being carried out with Grant Agreement no. 2021-1-FR01-KA220-VET-000034714.

The project aims to provide a set of learning materials, techniques and guidance on how to overcome the barriers of teleworking, find work-life balance, including upskilling with competencies and techniques for effective organization of the work-life defined by the new way of working.

The objectives of the Work4Future project:

To deliver high-quality training content on supporting people with work-life balance and providing positive psychology techniques.
To expand the capacity of the company workforce while implementing inspiring online and blended techniques and activities to support effective team building, creativity and performance during distance working.
To develop digital competencies by helping employees to communicate more effectively and efficiently in the virtual environment, acquiring new skills using new methods and digital tools.
To strengthen the capacity and competencies of trainers to provide training for both companies and employees in a virtual environment.

Project results:

Work4Future training framework defining the main parameters and methodology used for Training course scope coverage.
Guide on team management gathering six different kinds of tools.
Guide for coaches to help coaches to apply Work4Future methodology in the most efficient way.
Online Platform, an interactive repository, to host all Work4Future project outcomes.
